Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To honor my time and yours, I kindly ask that you keep scheduled appointments whenever possible and provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling, rescheduling, or making changes to your originally booked service.

Because each service is reserved especially for you, a credit card or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments. The card on file will be charged in accordance with the policy below.

Appointments are reserved specifically for the service and time selected at booking. Changes to your originally scheduled service — including shortening the appointment time — require at least 24 hours’ notice and fall under the standard cancellation policy. If you choose to shorten or modify your service upon arrival, you will be charged for the full service originally booked.

If you are unsure which facial is best for you, I am always happy to guide you prior to booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions so we can select the right experience for your needs.

If you prefer to book a shorter facial and add time or enhancements the day of your appointment, I will gladly accommodate when my schedule allows.

When an appointment is missed, shortened, or canceled without proper notice, it prevents another guest from booking that time. This policy protects my small business and livelihood, and allows me to continue providing the highest level of care and attention to every client.
