Hello Dharma Community! 


Thank you for taking the time to read the following information.  These guidelines are being implemented with every consideration taken for the health, safety and long term wellbeing of myself, my clients and the community at large. 


To ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all of us to relax and enjoy during these challenging times, I ask that you become familiar with the new procedures and requirements listed below. I understand your spa experience will look a little different these next few months, but these rules are for everyone’s safety (and many are mandated by the licensing board).

Table Plant

First and foremost - Please bring a face mask for your visit. All guests will be required to wear masks upon arriving, visiting the common areas and as soon as your service is complete. At this time, I do not have extra masks available so please plan accordingly. I will be wearing a mask for the full duration of your visit and treatment. * If you have a spare clean mask to bring with you for after your treatment, this will help keep your skin nice and fresh.  I do have a spray hand sanitizer that can also be used on your mask as well. 


When you arrive for your appointment - You can text me at 832-208-4662  and I will reply back letting you know that I am ready for you.  At this time, please make sure your face mask is on and secure. I will have the door open for you. 

Upon arrival Feel free to visit the restroom to wash your hands whenever you feel is necessary. Hand sanitizer will also be available. 

Before, during and after each visit - The treatment room + spa will be sanitized using Rejuvenate hospital grade disinfectant.  Both Wavelength Hair Salon and Dharma Skin Spa  have completed the Sanitation Certification Course with a full understanding of the necessary measures that are required to prevent the spread of COVID -19 as well as any other infectious diseases.  


We will be unable to offer you beverages at this time  - You are more than welcome to bring your own refreshments with you. 

Contacless visits - This will include your form of payment, scheduling your next appointment and retail purchases. I will be invoicing every guest, so please keep an eye out in your email to make sure these are paid in a timely manner. You will be contacted about scheduling your next session rather than scheduling in person.  If you are interested in retail, we kindly ask that you do not touch the products and instead ask for assistance.

Please come alone - Refrain from bringing people with you to your appointment. 

We will keep talking to a minimum - I understand that we need to discuss your skin and also catch up (I miss you!), however the purpose of this measure is to minimize the spread of droplets and aerosols in the air that could cause transmission of COVID-19. 

When you have completed your service - You can let me know if there is anything that I can assist you with. I will have spare supplies available upon requests - combs, extra towels etc. Please reseucre your masks once you are finished getting dressed. I will follow up with you as soon as possible to reschedule your next treatment.  Kindly remember that I will need to spend the extra time to prepare my treatment room for my next guest and will not have the normal visitation schedule. This simply means that after your visit, we will not be able to catch up in person like usual and the waiting area is currently not available for use. 


The cancellation policy  - Please cancel your appointment at no charge if you have any of the following symptoms, regardless of whether or not you believe the symptom is COVIS-19 related: cough, chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, feeling feverish or have a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100°F, known contact with a person who is ill with or has tested positive for COVID-19. If you cancel your appointment for any of the reasons above, then you must wait 14 days after symptoms dissipate before returning to the spa.  While there is currently no charge for cancelled appointments, please cancel as early as possible so that I have a chance to fill your spot.

Finally and most importantly  -  I want to thank you for your continued support.  My goal is to maintain a safe space that encourages relaxation and if there is anything that I can do to assist you or if you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
