Please respect the schedule by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing
24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling.
Because your services are guaranteed and reserved especially for you; a credit card or
gift certificate number is required for all scheduled appointments. The card on file will be charged
per the cancellation policy below.
When you miss an appointment with me, I not only loose your business,
but also the potential business of other clients that could have scheduled
an appointment at the same time.
I honor the cancellation policy to protect this small business and my livelihood, not as an
inconvenience to my guest. I value you as a client and greatly appreciate your understanding
for this policy so that I may continue to do what I love.

More than 24 hours notice
Services will be cancelled at no charge.
Less than 24 hours notice -
50% of the service price will be charged.
Failure to show/Last minute cancellations
100% of the service price will be charged.
All appointments cancelled four hours prior to your
scheduled service are considered last minute cancellations.
Appointments booked the same day of the treatment are still subject to the cancellation policy.
Arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment and any
appointment that is more than 15 minutes late will be forfeited and fully charged
(including gift certificates).
